Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour with Miles to Memories. Your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The tour will start from Kolkata, and after the completion of the tour, all travelers will be dropped back in Kolkata.
The company can assist in arranging visas, passports, railway tickets, and air tickets. However, approval of visas/passports and ticket availability are subject to the respective authorities and service providers.
In case of cancellation of railway tickets, air tickets, visas, or passports, the company will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or refund.
To confirm a tour booking, the customer must pay 50% of the total tour cost as an advance payment.
Your payment is divided into three simple milestones
Advance payment to confirm your tour reservation
Second installment due 30 days prior to departure
Final balance due before commencement of travel

Cancellation charges depend on how close to the departure date you cancel
When: More than 2 months before journey
Result: 70% refund of advance
When: Within 2 months of journey
Result: 50% refund of advance
When: Within 1 month of journey
Result: No refund
For any location or activity where administrative appeal is required , if such approval is not granted for any reason , our authority / organisation shall not be held responsible in any matter.
This is applicable for all tours.
In cases of natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company, cancellation and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
